AIChatbotia provides custom AI chatbot development and automation services for businesses, including but not limited to:

  • Website chatbots
  • WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram, and Slack bots
  • Multilingual and voice-integrated bots
  • Chatbots for WordPress, Shopify, Wix, and more
  • Lead generation, support, appointment booking, and automation bots
  • Hosting, maintenance, and optimization services

These services are customized based on individual client needs and may involve integrations with third-party tools and platforms.


3. Client Responsibilities

To deliver your custom chatbot service, clients must:

  • Provide accurate business requirements and project information
  • Grant us necessary access (admin/API) to platforms where integration is required
  • Create accounts on third-party platforms as advised
  • Bear all subscription/licensing costs of third-party tools directly
  • Respond to requests for input and approval in a timely manner

Failure to cooperate or provide information may delay delivery timelines.


4. Pricing and Payment

  • All services are provided at a one-time setup fee unless otherwise stated
  • Optional monthly maintenance and optimization services are available at an additional cost
  • Full payment is required upfront unless stated otherwise in writing
  • All prices are quoted in INR or USD (as applicable) and are final once the order is placed
  • No refunds are provided due to the digital and customized nature of our services

5. Project Timelines

Typical delivery timelines range from 7 to 14 business days, depending on the complexity of the chatbot and responsiveness of the client. Delays caused by third-party platform issues, incomplete information, or revisions requested after finalization may extend delivery.


6. Revisions and Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer unlimited revisions until you’re fully satisfied with the final chatbot functionality, provided the scope remains within the originally agreed features.

New requirements outside the original scope may incur additional charges and require a new timeline.


7. Intellectual Property

All chatbot logic, designs, and flowcharts created by AIChatbotia remain the intellectual property of the client upon final delivery and full payment. However, any proprietary scripts, templates, or integrations developed by AIChatbotia may be reused in future projects unless specifically agreed otherwise.


8. Third-Party Tools and Integrations

Our chatbot services often require integration with third-party platforms. While we assist with setup and integration, AIChatbotia is not responsible for the performance, uptime, or changes to those external services.

Any changes in pricing, API limitations, or access restrictions from third-party tools are outside our control.


9. Hosting and Maintenance

Chatbots may be hosted on:

  • Client’s self-hosted servers (e.g., VPS)
  • Recommended cloud-based platforms (chosen based on client needs)

We provide optional monthly hosting, maintenance, and analytics optimization services. If declined, clients are responsible for managing their own chatbot performance and updates.


10. Limitation of Liability

AIChatbotia will not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of business or data due to technical failures or third-party service outages
  • Client’s misuse or unauthorized alterations to the chatbot post-delivery
  • Legal issues arising from chatbot use in regulated industries without proper compliance

Clients are responsible for ensuring that chatbot use complies with local laws and privacy regulations.


11. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to decline or terminate service if:

  • A client is found to be misusing our work
  • Communication is abusive or unprofessional
  • There is a breach of these terms

Any fees paid up to that point are non-refundable.


12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of any changes.


13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
