1. Nature of Delivery
All services provided by AIChatbotia are delivered digitally. We do not ship physical products. Our chatbot solutions, automations, and integrations are delivered through:
- Secure links
- Email attachments
- Access via third-party platforms
- Cloud deployment or client-owned hosting servers
- Platform-specific integrations (e.g., WhatsApp, websites, social media, etc.)
2. Project Start & Requirements
The project delivery process begins once full payment is received and the client provides:
- A completed onboarding brief
- Access credentials (e.g., admin login, API keys)
- Any additional business data or content required for customization
Delays in providing these inputs may affect the delivery timeline.
3. Estimated Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery for most projects is within 7 to 14 business days, depending on:
- The complexity of the chatbot solution
- Number of platforms to be integrated
- Client response time for approvals and revisions
Custom or advanced features (e.g., multilingual, voice integration, complex logic) may require additional time.
4. Delivery Confirmation
Delivery is considered complete when:
- The chatbot is handed over in working condition
- It is installed on your chosen platform(s)
- You have received access to all files or configurations as applicable
We will notify you of project completion via email from order@aichatbotia.com.
5. Revisions After Delivery
We offer unlimited revisions within the original project scope until you are fully satisfied. Revision turnaround time is usually 1–3 business days, depending on complexity.
Scope extensions or new feature requests may require a new delivery estimate and additional cost.
6. Hosting & Ongoing Maintenance
If you have opted for hosting and maintenance with AIChatbotia:
- We will deliver chatbot updates and performance optimization monthly
- Maintenance services will be outlined separately based on your plan
If you are self-hosting, we’ll provide full handover instructions upon project completion.
7. Delivery Delays
AIChatbotia is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Incomplete or inaccurate information from the client
- Inaccessible third-party platforms/tools
- Technical issues from third-party service providers
- Delayed communication or feedback from the client
We will notify you of any delays promptly and work to resolve them efficiently.

All delivery updates, requests for approval, and final files will be shared via:

- Google Drive / Cloud Link (for file sharing, if needed)
- Project tracking tools (if used for larger projects)
