All payments made to AIChatbotia are final and non-refundable. This includes:
- One-time setup fees
- Monthly maintenance or optimization plans
- Add-on feature development
- Hosting or analytics services
Once we begin working on your chatbot project or service delivery, we are unable to offer any refund due to the resource investment, time commitment, and irreversible digital work involved.

4. Client Cooperation Requirement
To maintain smooth delivery and support, clients must:
- Provide clear requirements and timely feedback
- Respond to revision requests and approval checkpoints
- Ensure access to required tools, platforms, or accounts
If the client becomes unresponsive for 14 days or more, the project may be marked as completed and closed with no refund issued.
5. Third-Party Subscriptions and Tools

- Creating their own accounts on those platforms
- Paying any subscription or license fees directly to those platforms
We do not control or refund charges associated with any third-party tools.
